Set Up Signs and Aid Stations Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Join us early on race day to set out directional signs, so our runners do not get lost.

Vehicle or Golf Cart to place signs - 1+

During Race

Aid Stations / Cheer Squad Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Set up at one of our water stations along the course to cheer racers on and help encourage hydration.

Medals Low Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Celebrate with our finishers by being the smiling face that delivers their race medal.

Post-Race

Clean Up Crew Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help gather all signs and equipment after the racers finish and deliver back to the VIMM office (located on South Cove Road).

Celebration Crew High Priority

Spend time Celebrating and Hyping Up the Racers as they await awards and door prize announcements.
