Sponsorship, Door Prize & Vendor Opportunity
Dear Local Business Owner/Community Partner,
The South Carolina C.O.P.S. Foundation is excited to invite your business to participate in the Mustache Dash 5K / Jeepers Creepers Jeep Show, taking place on October 31, 2026, at the Anderson County Courthouse.
This event is being organized to bring our community together while supporting the mission of the South Carolina C.O.P.S. Foundation. We are seeking local businesses and community partners who would like to help make this event a success through sponsorships, donated door prizes, or vendor participation.
We have several opportunities available, allowing businesses to choose the level of involvement that best fits their organization.
Sponsorship Opportunities
🥉 Bronze Sponsor — $125
Bronze sponsorship includes:
Recognition as a Bronze Sponsor at the event
Social media recognition/shoutouts leading up to and/or following the event
Business name included in event sponsor recognition
🥈 Silver Sponsor — $250
Silver sponsorship includes everything included with the Bronze Sponsorship, plus:
Business logo featured on the event T-shirt
Additional recognition as a Silver Sponsor
🥇 Gold Sponsor — $375
Gold sponsorship includes everything included with the Silver Sponsorship, plus:
A designated vendor space at the event
Opportunity to promote your business directly to event participants and attendees
Additional recognition as a Gold Sponsor
⭐ Additional Sponsorship Opportunities — $375+
Businesses interested in contributing more than $375 are greatly appreciated and will receive additional recognition based on the level of their contribution.
We would be happy to work with larger sponsors to create a recognition package that appropriately reflects their generous support.
Door Prize Donations
Businesses that would like to support the event without becoming a financial sponsor are also encouraged to donate gift cards, merchandise, products, services, or other items to be used as door prizes.
Businesses donating door prizes will be recognized as participating businesses at the event, providing an opportunity to showcase your organization while supporting the South Carolina C.O.P.S. Foundation.
Door-prize donors will be recognized through event announcements and/or other appropriate event recognition based on the donation provided.
Vendor Opportunities — $75
Businesses that do not wish to sponsor the event or donate a door prize may still participate by purchasing an individual vendor space for $75.
Vendor spaces provide businesses with an opportunity to:
Set up at the event
Promote products or services
Interact with runners, families, and community members
Increase local visibility and community engagement
Vendor spaces are available to businesses that are not providing a door prize or sponsorship.
