Age Group for 5K  will be awarded for the first 3 males and first 3 females in each 5K age group.

14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-75, 75 and up. No double dipping. 

All participants (5K & 1-mile) receive a medal when crossing the finish line.
