Welcome to the AnMed Rhythm on the River 5k Run/Walk and 1mi Fun Run!
Anderson County and Connect Powdersville are gearing up for another #ROTRPVL event—and it’s coming this May! AnMed Rhythm on the River offers neighbors, friends, and families a free day of live music, food trucks, kids’ activities at Sal's Sandlot, local craft vendors, and more. Come enjoy a day of outdoor family fun at beautiful Dolly Cooper Park starting with the AnMed Rhythm on the River 5k Run/Walk and 1 mile Walk/Fun Run!

Distance Options:
5k: The AnMed Rhythm on the River 5k takes place at beautiful Dolly Cooper Park in Powdersville, SC. Complete three laps of the trail circumnavigating Dolly Cooper Park, running along the shore of the Saluda River, through the disc golf course, and back to the festival location. The perfect way to kick off your Saturday before the festival kicks off!
1 mile: Still crave the fun? Complete one lap of the loop around Dolly Cooper Park to participate in the 1 Mile Fun Run. You get a feel for all the park has to offer, especially the beautiful Saluda River, before celebrating with us for AnMed Rhythm on the River. This is a great option for young people and the young at heart!
Course Highlights:
Approximately 1.1 mile loop. Primarily a flat cruise with one hill! Beginner friendly. The trail course gives you a full appreciation of Dolly Cooper Park, from the sports fields with more than two thirds of the race running alongside the Saluda River. The course is primarily packed dirt and maintained trail.
